More Fuel???

I recently installed a cold air intake, 75mm throttle body, 75 mm upper intake plenum, 1inch tb spacer, and 1/2 inch intake spacer. I think i am sucking to much air for the amount of fuel. I still have 19# injectors. What should i do to get the most out of my intake and throttle body. Please help. I want all the power i can get out of this.
